LOS ANGELES, January 30, 2012 – The RA comedy troupe is up to something fishy. Well, something sushi, actually. On February 7, content creation and marketing agency Raging Artists presents “Beyond the Brick Wall,” a live show to be taped as part of a new Web series of the same name. Comics and company principals Juicy Diaz, Ernie Noh, and Hersh Rephun (http://youtu.be/YPs5L0TEMoY) will appear in the lineup, which also includes Andie Bolt, Mike Citera, Andy Dugan, and Rich Aronovich. An iconic brand that defined an era and dominated the marketplace, LA Gear is synonymous with late 80s and 90s popular culture. For more than a decade, however, the brand all but disappeared from the fashion landscape. In 2008, brand-owner ACI teamed with indie retail powerhouse Sportie LA to reinvent and reintroduce the brand under the moniker LA Gear Originals. Updating classic styles from the Unstoppable line (’89-’90) with new colors and materials, the they prepared to launch a line of sneakers that would merge past and present.
