Max Leitman

Chief Operating Officer, Bandito Brothers

Max Leitman was born and raised in Los Angeles. Following his graduation from the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Leitman worked on various political campaigns, quickly rising to the position of Campaign Manager.

During his first year of law school at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Leitman earned a special commendation from the dean for having the highest academic average in his section. Leitman then transferred to the University of Chicago Law School where he went on to earn his Juris Doctor, with honors.

Mr. Leitman began his legal career at Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles. While at Irell, he was a member of the firm’s Corporate and IP Transactional work groups, focusing on representing internet, media and entertainment clients such as AOL, Charter Communications, Mattel and Paramount Studios in complex licensing, finance and acquisitive transactions.

Mr. Leitman next accepted a position with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP in New York, a firm that has been consistently rated the best corporate law firm in America by the American Lawyer Magazine. While at Skadden, he focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies, working on deals valued at over $1 billion in the aggregate.

In 2004, Mr. Leitman returned to Los Angeles, where he joined the boutique firm Advisors LLP, which represents a number of prominent corporate, real estate and entertainment clients. He is a member of the bar in both New York and California.

Mr. Leitman brings his extensive legal and business experience to Bandito Brothers, a full service media solution that creates, produces, manages and distributes audio visual content.

    Public schools aren’t perfect, however they are actually a very important component of our country for a lot of people
